Ahi Tuna Avocado Boats

When the summer heat has you worn out and cooking feels unbearable, here is your ultimate meal. It has everything your body needs with no actual cooking. These delicious avocado boats are filled with ahi tuna thus are packed with good fat and protein, and are customizable for your tastes!!

To start, chop up your Sesame Crusted Hardwood Smoked Ahi Tuna into bite-sized pieces.

Then, slice open your avocados. Pit the avocados and with a large spoon, scoop the entire avocado out of the skin. Plate the halved avocados, scoop a heaping spoonful of tuna in the void where the pit used to be. Drizzle a bit of sesame oil over the avocado and tuna and sprinkle with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning.

If you like a spicy tuna roll as much as we do, then in a bowl, add a quarter of a cup of mayo with 1 Tablespoon of TJs Siracha Sauce and mix. Then before you add the Everything But The Bagel Seasoning to your "boat," drizzle with your “spicy tuna sauce.”

Pair these boats with a thawed bag of TJs Salted Edamame, some sliced cucumbers, and a salad, and you have a well-rounded, incredibly easy, and tasty dinner!!!
