Apple Sausage, Butternut Squash "Risotto"

This honestly might be the easiest meal I've posted so far. The TJ's Riced Cauliflower Butternut Squash Risotto takes the work out of risotto but leaves the slow-simmered taste! In addition to the wonderfully creamy fall flavors, this one is packed full of veggies and protein! It is not dairy-free, but this completely grain-free risotto has all the fall flavors that you desire this time of year!

Begin by slicing your TJ's Smoked, Apple Chardonnay Chicken Sausage into rounds. Then place three to four Tablespoons of butter (or your preferred oil) in a large pan and heat to medium. Then add your 2 bags of "risotto" to the pan. While the risotto is starting to cook, place your sliced sausage on a baking sheet and place in the oven on "broil." Continue to stir your risotto; it will only need to sauté for 8-10 minutes. As soon as your sausage is browned, pour the sausage into the risotto and stir.

Plate the risotto, sprinkle with a bit of parmesan, and serve it with a green salad! A healthy and satisfying dinner in less than 15 minutes!!!
