Hearty Roasted Holiday Hash

The hustle is here, and all the last-minute shopping, activities, and cleaning are in full effect. So, enjoy this incredibly easy, delicious, and healthy meal to help fuel your family. It is packed full of veggies and protein, so you can rest assured your family is getting what they need while not stressing you out in the kitchen!

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Next, thinly slice your TJs Organic Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage. Coat the bottom of your baking pan with TJs Avocado Oil Spray. Next, pour your sliced sausage and your TJs Holiday Vegetable Hash onto your pan.

Drizzle a little Avocado Oil over the hash and sausage. Then, heavily season everything on the pan with Everyday Seasoning. Toss everything together to make sure all items are equally seasoned. Then place the pan in your preheated oven and let it roast. The roasting will take between 10-15 minutes. Once everything is golden brown, get ready to enjoy these savory flavors!

The hash is fantastic served on its own with a green vegetable. However, it is also excellent served over a baked sweet or russet potato!

Avocado Oil

Everyday Seasoning (approximately 1 Tablespoon)
