Quick and Easy Fish Tacos

These Quick and Easy Fish Tacos are the meal for a hot night when time is a factor! They are light, so they won’t weigh you down, and neither will the preparation! These tacos are gluten-free, dairy-free, but full of all the flavor! The trick for the quickness is the TJs Mahi-Mahi burgers!

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Lay out your Mahi-Mahi burgers on a lined baking pan. Give them a light misting of avocado oil spray and then dust all over with Chile-Lime Seasoning. Bake in your preheated oven for 8 minutes, flip the burgers and dust the other side with Chile-Lime Seasoning.

While the fish burgers are cooking, prepare your Avocado-Cabbage Slaw. Mix half of your container of TJs Chunky Spicy Guacamole (don’t worry, we bring down the heat with Coconut Cream and Fresh Lime Juice) with ¼ cup of coconut cream (the solid stuff at the top of the can) and juice from half of a lime. Mix this together until smooth, and then fold in your bag of TJs Organic Shredded Green and Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots. Fold until all of the cabbage is covered with your avocado cream. Then set this aside

Once the Mahi-Mahi is finished baking, break the burgers into bite-sized pieces. And…. Now it is dinner time! We like to use the TJs Almond Flour Tortillas, and I like to heat them for a few seconds on each side on my griddle. Then, pile in some Mahi-Mahi, top with your Avocado-Cabbage Slaw, and we like to add on a little TJs Pico de Gallo for the finishing touch. Now it is chow-time!!
